When I think of Gary it brings back a lot of good memories of times that have gone by !  I will miss Gary and think of him quite often. It hurts to lose a good friend, but I think maybe the thing that hurts worse is not having the chance to say goodbye too him. LOL

Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.

R.I.P. Gary ...

Gary made me laugh, from deep down laugh, that kind (the BEST kind).  Quite often I'd receive a one or two line email with one of his hysterical (and often sarcastic) comments that kept me smiling for hours (not an easy feat when you're working in a law office).  What a unique, beautiful, REAL man.  Gary, you will be truly, truly missed, for a very, very long time.  May God Bless and comfort Gary and all those, especially his Family, who will forever Love and Miss him.

My most sincere condolences to you on the loss of your loved one.  We worked together and whenever I saw Gary, he had a smile on his face and was soft spoken and sweet.  I had the pleasure of seeing him perform twice and was looking forward to the next time I'd be able to do so.  May he rest in peace and may the Holy Spirit comfort you during this difficult time.

Gary always made me smile and we shared many laughs. I was lucky enough to join him at one of his gigs and to experience his amazing talent firsthand. I wish his family and friends comfort and support through this difficult period. Gazza, you will be missed!!

To The Dear "Rymer" Family:
Please accept my deepest condolences - I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with Gary at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein, and will miss him very, very much!  He possessed a great attitude, was fun to work with all day, and had a warm heart.  May God watch over all of you and may Gary rest in peace.  You are all in my prayers.  Wanda

I will miss Gary and his jokes and stories.  He was a warm and personable man who I was glad to call my friend.  He will be missed, and my prayers and comfort are to his family and friends.

I called him "Gar" and we shared many talks about his love of music and the great rock bands of the 60's' and 70's.  You're in a better place Gar and we'll miss you.  To his family, please know he was a great friend and made them easily.

Gary was a free spirit!  He loved life and always had a smile.  I was fortunate to have worked with him at M&F.  He will be deeply missed!

Gary was a great inspiration in that he loved to feel free by riding his Harley long distances.  He truly enjoyed just riding.  One weekend he drove all the way to Maine.  I was so amazed at the distances he covered.  His next passion was playing his Sax and the group he played with.  I am so sorry I never went to see him play.  I am sorry I missed the opportunity but in the great hereafter I hope to hear him to my heart's content.

Gary was a great guy and a great sax player. The world's a poorer place for losing him.

To the Family of Gary Rymer,

Gary was such an inspiration to everyone who crossed his path.  I most appreciate his love for playing the Sax and how he shared that love with others.  I went to hear him play at Dinosaur Barbecue in Harlem and was totally hooked!  Boy, could he play that Sax!  Play on Gary!  Until we meet again,
