Gwen Chernick, age 101, of Brooklyn, New York passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
A graveside service for Gwen will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at Wellwood Cemetery, 1400 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
