Rosa Gamarra

1930-2016

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rosa Gamarra de Leyva (Dotty) on Sunday, October 30th, 2016 at the age of 86. Dotty was predeceased in 1985 by her husband Leonardo Leyva.

She will be deeply missed by her loving daughters Mabel and Martha (Hugo), and son Rafael (Mariella); her grandchildren Mabel, Maria-José (Fady), Ximena, Rafael and Johanna;her great-grandchildren Andrea, Mateo and Salvador and siblings Carola, Teresa and Roberto; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Es con profundo dolor que cumplimos con el deber de participar el deceso de Rosa Gamarra de Leyva (Dotty) el día domingo 30 de octubre del 2016 a la edad de 86 años. Su esposo, Leonardo Leyva, antecedió a Dotty el año 1985.

La ausencia de Dotty deja un vacío inconmensurable en el corazón de sus hijas Mabel y Martha (Hugo) y su hijo Rafael (Mariella), sus nietos Mabel, María-José (Fady), Ximenita, Rafael y Johanna, sus bisnietos Andrea, Mateo y Salvador, sus hermanos Carola, Teresa y Roberto, así como en todos sus otros familiares y amigos.

El velatorio tendrá lugar en La Maison Darche, en el 7679 del boulv. Taschereau, Brossard, J4Y 1A2, el sábado 5 de noviembre del presente año, desde las 9 a.m. hasta la 1 p.m., seguido de una ceremonia en la capilla.

Las donaciones a la Sociedad ALS de Quebec (ALS Society of Quebec) serán bien apreciadas.
