Sofia Benzakour

C'est avec une profonde tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Sofia Benzakour survenu le 28 janvier 2024 à l'âge de 31 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil sa mère Mme Marvilla Gonzalez et son père M. Abdelwahab Benzakour, sa grand-mère Mme Jacqueline Gonzalez, sa soeur Dahlia, ses frères Socrate et Abdel et de nombreux autres parents et amis. Les gens se souviendront de son grand coeur, son amour pour les siens et la danse, sa passion de voyages et de découvertes.

Les heures de visites seront le dimanche 4 février de 18h à 22h, le lundi 5 février de 17h à 21h et le mardi 6 février dès 9h à

Les funérailles auront lieu le mardi 6 février à 13h en la cocathédrale Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue (angle St-Charles et chemin de Chambly, Longueuil) et de là au cimetière Laprairie lieu de la sépulture.

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sofia Benzakour on January 28, 2024 at the age of 31. She leaves to mourn her mother Mrs. Marvilla Gonzalez and her father Mr. Abdelwahab Benzakour, her grandmother Mrs. Jacqueline Gonzalez, her sister Dahlia, her brothers Socrates and Abdel and many other relatives and friends. People will remember her big heart, her love for her family and for dance, her passion for travel and discovery.

Visiting hours will be Sunday, February 4th from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, February 5th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, February 6th from 9 a.m.

The funeral will take place on Tuesday, February 6th at 1 p.m. in the Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue co-cathedral (corner of St-Charles and chemin de Chambly, Longueuil) and from there to the Laprairie cemetery, place of burial.
