Spencer’s illness won and took him from us on June 2, 2023. He leaves behind his beloved sister Una, brother Brayden, father Gregory and mother Danica and family and friends from around the world. His brother Zac, Chance, Sami, Tamiz, Jalen, Matthew and many more, are his extended family that will help to keep his memory with us.
It is difficult to accept losing him. Spencer was such a compassionate soul. One of the last things he said was “Don’t worry too much”.
I think he worried far too much in his lifetime. Spencers sister Una says that he is at peace now. May we be at peace with his death, so he can ascend. May Spencers memory be a blessing to us.
On earth he loved descending in the water, yet he was so proud that he had conquered his fear of heights. When he passed his exams and got his occupational diving license he called and said “These papers mean something to me”. Spencer was very proud to be a certified Occupational Diver, he loved his work. When asked why he loved it so much he replied, “We just have fun all day”.
When Spencer was born his uncle said with a name like “Spencer Allan Jojich-White” he is going to be either a lawyer or a writer. In his lifetime Spencer managed to be both things. He was an infamous negotiator when in primary school. He personally drafted contracts that his classmates would periodically have to sign if they were not getting along. They had to vow that they would find a way to peacefully be in each other’s company. This habit of his continued up until the present when he insisted his best friends be on good terms by the time he returned from British Columbia.
Spencer was known as an exquisite writer and a notable athlete. He was an excellent hockey goalie, football player, rugby player, baseball pitcher, skateboarder, and snowboarder. However, his favourite sport without question was Video Gaming. His fame with video games began at a young age with the game Bugdom when he showed the girls at his sisters kindergarten how to play it. The girls gathered around him in a crowd and awed at his skill, and he was pleased.
Spencer loved large and his list of international friends and family remember his vibrant soul.
A lover of all types of music from Heavy Metal to Classical, he loved to dance and sing. Spencer is a tattoo aficionado, choosing gorgeous images that define him. And he is the dearest brother, cousin, son, family member, friend, and human being imaginable.
Spencer is currently teaching the angels to deep dive. He’s laughing and saying “they’re scared to HELL”.
Keep on diving Spencer, you look like a fish.
With broken hearts we wish you good, deep diving.
