Angelita Garza Coronado

Angelita was born in Matamoros, Tamps., Mexico, on January 28, 1935, to Santos and Ignacia (Ledezma) Garza. She was an awesome and loving mother of 10 children.

She is preceded in death by her husband Hipolito (Patlan) Coronado, her parents Santos and Ignacia (Ledezma) Garza, and stepfather, Saturnino Rodriguez; maternal grandparents, Guadalupe and Angelita (Aleman) Ledezma; paternal grandparents, Francisco and Exiquia (Malacara) Garza; son Jose Luis Coronado; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; four son-in-laws; and six brothers Francisco, Esiquio, Santos Garza; Juan, Saturnino Jr., Trinidad Rodriguez; and two sisters Josefina Rodriguez and Herlinda Espinoza.

She is survived by her children, Rosa Maria Crutcher of AL.; Susana (Alfredo) Garcia of FL.; Juan Luis (Ana) Coronado, Maria Elena Guerra, Juanita Inez (David) Guerra of Brownsville, TX.; Julia (Santos Rene) Bermea of Harlingen, TX.; Jesus Jaime Coronado, Jose Antonio (Dora) Coronado of MN.; Anita Bea (Javier) Gracia of IN.; 22 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Guadalupe Garza of MI.; Emilio Rodriguez of Brownsville, TX.; Elvira Coronado of FL., Estefana Quantz, Maria de Jesus Demkowicz of Ohio.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 5 pm to 9 pm with a prayer service at 6 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn. Chapel Service will be held on Monday, October 31, 2022 at 12 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn followed by a burial at 1 pm at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
