Baltazar was a member of La Hermosa Santa Pentecostes.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Angelica G. Garcia; his 3 children, Rosie Garcia Balboa(Eloy), Noe Garcia, and Elias Garcia(Shiela); 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today, Sunday, November 17, 2013, beginning at 11a.m., and continue until 9 p.m., with a prayer service to be held at 7 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Chapel Service will continue on Monday, November 18, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista at 10a.m., with a committal service to follow at RoseLawn Memorial Gardens.
