

Elvira was a devoted wife and loving mother, who will be dearly missed but never forgotten by her family and all who knew her. She cultivated a lifetime love of roses, and of drawing. “May you find peace and know that your legacy of love, education and creativity will live beyond you, in those you have left behind.”
She is preceded in death by her parents; Tomas and Magdalena Garcia; 2 brothers, Victor and Manuel and 3 sisters, Olga, Sabina and Olga.
Elvira is survived by her loving husband of more than 50 years, Reyes Perez; children and spouses, John (Vania), Concepcion and Reyes (Jennifer); 5 granddaughters, and 1 great-granddaughter."
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 12pm to 9pm with a recitation of the holy rosary at 7pm at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista. Visitation will resume from 8am to 2pm with a chapel service at 2pm Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista and committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park Mausoleum.
