We love you dad, your whole family loves you and will miss you forever. Take care of us all, thank you for everything. The purpose God gave you in this world you did it awesome. Now rest in his Glory and enjoy, no more pain, worries, sadness, it's all over daddy. From your wife, our mom, your daughters and sons, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters and everyone. We love you forever.

Enrique is survived by his wife, Rosa Puentes; his daughters Amairandy Puentes, Coral Puentes, Drisa Puentes, Cynthia Puentes, Nadia Puentes; his sons Mario Perez, Enrique, Eduardo, Esteban, Francisco, Joaquin, Hector and Richard; his brother Raul (Sara) Puentes, his sisters Sandra (Sixto Jr.) Castillo, Emma (Valentin) Martinez and Juana (Jorge†) Garza; his grandchildren Mayte De La Fuente, Joaquin De La Fuente, Monserratt Torrez, Violeta Torrez, Hector Torrez, Daniel Perez, Marely Perez, Santiago Hernandez, Leonel Vidal, Jessica Puentes, Sophia Puentes, Maryln Puentes, Olivia Puentes, Claudia Puentes, Nina Puentes, Enrique Puentes III, Selena Espinoza, Jhoann Espinoza and Lily Rose Espinoza, his great-grandchildren Chloe and Vivian.

Also left to cherish his memory are several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Enrique was preceded in death by his mother Raquel Barrera † and his father Ramon Puentes †; his brother Arnulfo Puentes †; his brother Ramon (Ana †) Puentes †; his brother Andres Puentes † and his brother Norris Glenn †.

A visitation for Enrique will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista & Buena Vista Burial Park, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A continued visitation will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM with Chapel Service starting at 10:00 AM in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Rosa Puentes, Amairandy Puentes, Coral Puentes and Mario Perez.
