Eric was just nine months old in the summer of 1990 when we visited San Antonio, and I was 12 then. I have a vivid memory of his lively and hyperactive nature, and I enjoyed making him laugh while he sat in his high chair. This trip was significant as it was my first time in San Antonio. I also remember Javier, who was in the Air Force at the time, heading to work in his flight suit, and Diana, whose infectious laughter and sense of humor added to the joy of the trip. It was my first venture outside of Brownsville, and it left a lasting impression on me. Another memorable experience involving Eric was around 2000 in Lewisville when I was stationed at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma and visited him and the family. I recall frantically searching for my truck keys the next day and almost having to call my supervisor to extend my time off. To my surprise, I found my keys hidden under a table lamp, and it turned out that Eric had hidden them to prolong my stay or mess with me...lol! Love you, Eric!
