Evangelina Morales

Evangelina Morales served her community of Brownsville, Texas for 41 years as a licensed vocational nurse. She was always willing to go above and beyond to help anyone in need.

Evangelina is survived by her spouse, Ramon Morales; her daughter Rebecca Morales; her daughter Christina Morales; her son Benjamin Morales; her daughter Melissa Anderson (Corbett); and her daughter-in-law Laurie Ann Linville-Morales; her granddaughter Angela Marie Morales, her grandson Lucas Alejandro Morales and her grandson Jonah Sebastian Anderson.

Evangelina was preceded in death by her son Ramon Morales Jr. †; her father Natividad Zarate † and her mother Francisca Zarate †; her sisters Hermelinda Zarate †, Linda Zarate † and Ernestina †.

A visitation for Evangelina will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 12:00 PM, in Chapel of Peace 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Ben Morales, Felix Gracia Sr., Felix Gracia Jr., Robert Torres, Ruben Pelayo Jr, Manny Hernandez III, Joey Elizardi

Honorary pallbearers are Lucas Alejandro Morales, Jonah Sebastian Anderson, Crystal Yvonne Garcia and Angela Marie Morales.
