James John Perez, age 34, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021. James was born April 11, 1986 to Sonia Perez and Jaime Perez.

James is survived by father Jaime Perez and mother Sonia Perez; fiance Lucia Espitia, stepdaughter Ana Andrade, brother Simon (Lily) Garcia and sister Aissa (Tim) Perez, and Estranged Wife Martha Zuniga.

Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for James will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A mass will occur Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church, 555 W St Francis St, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
