Mr. Bermudez was the son of Jose Bermudez and Francisca L. Bermudez.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II as a radio mechanic. He attended college and became an electrical engineer. Mr. Bermudez retired from AT&T after many years of employment.
He is survived by his brothers, David, Macario and Nestor Bermudez; sisters Rafaela Reyna, Alicia Trujillo and Lydia Garcia; various nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held today, Wednesday, December 21, 2011, from 2pm – 9pm on with a Rosary at 7 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Chapel service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Interment to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Honor Guards will be conducted by VFW Post 2035.
