John Joe was a man of many talents and passions. He was certified in auto mechanics, auto body, and welding—skills he carried with pride and dedication. Whether he was under the hood of a car, working with his hands, or learning new techniques, he found purpose in building, fixing, and creating. At the time of his passing, he was also pursuing barber school, continuing his drive to grow and connect with others in new ways.
He had a deep love for life’s simple joys. John Joe enjoyed fixing cars, riding bikes, collecting keys, and purchasing vehicles—always finding excitement in every project he took on. Known for his humor and imagination, he even joked about “stealing the moon,” a reflection of his playful spirit and big dreams.
Above all, John Joe cherished his family. He was a devoted brother and son, someone who showed up with love, strength, and unwavering support. His memory will forever live on through the words shared by those who loved him most:
“I love you to the moon and back until eternity. - Mom
"John Joe. I love you so much, always the best brother I could ask for. The Lord blessed me with you. He knew I would need a brother like you.”- Gizelle
“I love you so much John Joe. You're the best big brother anyone could ask for. The Lord and you are reunited and I'm happy you're in His care. I'll miss you always, I love you.” - Stephanie
“John Joe, I love you. Thank you for being the best brother. I know you're rejoicing in Heaven with Jesus. You can rest now. – Danielle”
From his father:
“Te quiero mucho y un día te voy a volver a ver, mijo. Te amo con todo mi corazón. – Papá”
John Joe’s life was a reminder of love, resilience, and the importance of family. Though he is no longer with us physically, his spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
