Kathy A Garza

Kathy was a warm and creative soul who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved spending time in her garden, nurturing every plant with care, and found happiness in crafting beautiful things by hand. Her kitchen was always filled with the comforting aromas of home-cooked meals, lovingly prepared for family and friends. A dedicated AT&T information operator, she brought kindness and patience to her work, helping countless people over the years. Her spirit lives on in the love she shared and the beauty she created.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Jose Luis Garza and her son Jason Luis Garza. Her sisters Eileen Vieceli (Mark) and Patty Rzechula (John Fassl). Her granddaughters Jaylyn Garza, Ava Garza, Samantha Garza, Olivia Garza, Nikolet Garza, Gizelle Garza and Ariel Garza.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father Bernard P. Casey †, her mother Beverly J. Casey and her brother Thomas P. Casey †.

Kathy was an aunt and great-aunt to many.

A visitation for Kathy will be held Monday, June 9, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
