In honor of Luis Manuel De La Rosa Jr., who became a man of God, including bible studies with his family, preaching, producer, song writer, singer and graduated from barbering school.

Luis is survived by his wife: Ivone De La Rosa, his Children: Luis Manuel De La Rosa III, Mia Damaris De La Rosa, Naomi Navaeh De La Rosa, Natalia Nereyda De La Rosa and Rose-Alyssa De La Rosa, his Parents: Luis Manuel De La Rosa and Rosa Arias, his Siblings: Jaqueline De La Rosa, Kimberly De La Rosa and Jesus Andres De La Rosa, his grandmother: Angela Arias.
Luis was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Florencio Arias † and Macedonio De La Rosa †, and his great grandmother: Maria Luisa Arredondo †.
A visitation for Luis will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a Rosary at 7 pm in Chapel of Angels, at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A mass will occur Friday, May 31, 2024 at 12:00 PM at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church, 2215 Rancho Viejo Ave, Brownsville, TX 78526. A burial will occur Friday, May 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
Serving as Honorary pallbearers are: Rosa Arias, Luis Manuel De La Rosa and Jesus Andres De La Rosa. Serving as pallbearers are: Manuel Blanco Jr., David Reyna Jr., David Ramirez, Florencio Arias Jr. , Gabriel Medellin and Alejandro Chavez.
