Ninfa devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. She co-owned, Nancy’s delight Mexican Candy company for fifteen years and Louie's Taco village for five years.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Nelda Garza, her loving husband of 58 years Luis M. Lopez, brothers Alfredo Salinas, Jose Salinas (Amelia), sister Juanita Salinas and daughter-in-law Marina Bernal Lopez.
She is survived by her sons, Luis Lopez Jr., (Denise), David Lopez, daughter Norma Lopez, grand-daughters Nancy Davila (Mario), Natalie Garza, grandsons, Jonathan Lopez , and Ramiro Garza III,her sister Inez Bentancourt, and son in law Ramiro Garza Jr., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers: Luis Lopez Jr., Mario Davila, Raul Tijerina, Heriberto Rangel Jr., Carlos Garcia, and Primitivo Garcia Jr.

Visitation services will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, located at 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX, 78521, on January 9, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm.
A chapel service will be conducted at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista in the Chapel of Peace on January 10, 2026, at 10:00 am. Following the chapel service, the burial will occur at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas, 78521, at 11:00 am.
Ninfa S Lopez will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
