

Francisco Raul Castellanos (La Pacha), 84, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, entered into the glory of his eternal life on Thursday Dec 8, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Paco (La Pacha) as he was known by many, was born in Veracruz, Mexico and relocated to Matamoros, Tamps. Mexico where he met his beloved wife of 54 years and had three wonderful children. No sacrifice was too big for his family as they were the most important people in his life. Besides his family, Paco had a passion for the ocean which brought him his life long career of shrimping. In 1976, Paco decided to move his family to Brownsville, TX where he then became the proud owner of his first shrimp boat, Tuxpan, and established his successful shrimping business called Castellanos Seafood in Port Isabel, TX. After leading seven shrimping boats for many years, he decided to expand his career in 1998 by starting his successful real estate business named Sun Country Estates.
Paco enjoyed traveling and cruising the world with his beloved wife and loved spending time with family and lifelong friends. His other passions which his family will remember when thinking of him were baseball, soccer, and bull fighting.
He was preceded in death by his loving mother Reina Lima, Brothers Raul and Juan, his son Francisco Castellanos Jr.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife Beatriz R. Castellanos, Children Leticia Perez, Marco A. Castellanos, Beatriz Reiner( Andres Reiner) , grandchildren Libby ( Joe), Pepe, Jr, Euby, Luis, Alexis, Olivia, PJ, Jennifer, Judith, great grandchildren, Alexia, Ricardo, Chris, Griselda, Jaylen, Brothers and Sisters, Alia, Josefa, Arcelia, Abel, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 11 am to 9pm with a recitation of the holy rosary at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista Saturday, December 10, 2011.
Chapel service will be held at 10 am at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista Sunday, December 11, 2011
Honorary pallbearers are Marco, Andres, Pepe, Jr, PJ and Joe.
He is greatly loved by friends and family and will remain part of their lives forever.
