Reverend Tomas C. Amaya was a Pastor of “El Golgotha” Church for 16 years in Monterrey, Mexico and Pastor of Templo “Sinai” A.D. for 50 years. Overall, he served a total of 70 years in the Lords’ ministry.
Reverend Tomas C. Amaya is preceded in death by his wife, Zoila J. Amaya.
He is survived by his daughters, Loyda Poy (Jose Luis) and Lydia Amaya; son, Tomas Amaya Jr. (Yesika); granddaughters, Ada Poy Tovar (Julio), Jessica Danielle Amaya, and Adara Amaya; great-granddaughter, Julie Isabelle Tovar.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 7, 2015 from 10:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. and a Prayer Service at 7:00p.m. at Templo “Sinai” A.D.
Church Service will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 10:00a.m. at Templo Sinai A.D. (3797 Old Highway 77) followed by a committal service at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tomas Amaya Jr., Jose Luis Poy, Rene Martell, Victor Paredes, Jorge Rodriguez, and Juan Carpio.
