Robert "Bobby" Z. Ramirez

Bobby became blind in both eyes and suffered many years due to chrome kidney disease. Bobby went into hospice care on February 14, 2026 and passed away on February 15, 2026.

Bobby is survived by his mother, Juanita Ramirez, brother Antonio Ramirez, sister Linda Ramirez Vanegas, sister Liza R. Leal, and brother Ricardo Ramirez. His best friend, Ray Tapia, also survives him. Bobby leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his sister Cynthia Ramirez, father Antonio Ramirez, grandmother Herlinda Galvan, and grandfather Antonio Galvan.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn, located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX, on February 23, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Pallbearers for the services include Antonio "Tony" Ramirez, Ricardo "Ricky" Ramirez, Juan Leal, Juan "Tito" Leal, Felix Vanegas, and Ray Tapia.
