Our Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Friend
Rosalinda M. Tobias a remarkable Wife, Mother, and Grandmother who passed to her eternal home Tuesday, July 22. She was loved by all who knew her. She was also a strong warrior in the Christian faith and embodying unwavering strength and resilience. Rosalinda guided many to Christ and offered fervent prayers to those in need.
Rosalinda is survived by her daughters Rosalinda Tobias, Cristina Brophy, sons David(Gloria)Tobias, Carlos(Adriana) Tobias; grandchildren Cristopher Tobias, Michael Tobias, Antony Brophy(Bianca), Jacob(Bernice)Tobias, Sean Tobias, Carlos Tobias II, Caleb Tobias, Adrian Tobias, Richard Zavala, Andrew Tobias; great grandchildren Sebastian, Kamille, Slayde. She is also survived by her siblings Maria Marks, Gilbert Montiel, Manuel Montiel, Jesus Montiel, and Alicia Espinoza
Rosalinda was preceded in death by her husband Juan Tobias ✝; her father Juan Montiel Sr. ✝ and her mother Maria De la luz Montiel ✝.
Rosalinda’s legacy of love and faith will be remembered in our family and all those who knew her.
A visitation for Rosalinda will be held Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00PM in Chapel del Angel at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
Visitations will continue Monday, July 28, 2025 from 8:00AM with a chapel service at 12:00 PM at Chapel del Angel at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
A burial will occur Monday, July 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
