Sarah Harfany Rodriguez

Sarah was preceded in death by her Parents Consuelo S. Harfany† And Manuel Hammet Harfany†.

She was born and raised in Brownsville Texas and later made her home in Katy Texas with her son Johamed Rodriguez.Sarah was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She worked as a cafeteria manager for BISD for many years and in Katy Texas as a door greeter at Walmart which she enjoyed very much.

She is survived by her beloved children :

Daughter, Isabel Christina Bridgwater and husband, David A. Bridgwater, and Sons, Frank O. Garza III, and wife Julissa Palofox Garza, and Son Noah Elijah, and wife Vyktorya, and grandson, Andre and daughter, Coral Isabella Garza. Son, Reynaldo Cortez III, and daughter, Desiree Sky Cortez. Son Christopher Jude Cortez and wife Rocio, children, Sophia Gomez Cortez and Alessandro Jude Cortez.

Son, Hector Luis Ramirez his daughter Ana Cristina Vasquez her husband Jerry Vasquez their daughters Kathy, Kailey and Kamilla and their granddaughter baby Ileani.

Daughter, Judith Lopez and husband Enrique Lopez; their son Zachary Lopez and his wife Elena Lopez, and their two children Jaxson and Jordyn; and daughter Jewell Quinonez and her husband Alejandro Quinonez, and their children Lukas, Sebastian, and Olivia Quinonez.

She is survived by her beloved son, Johamed H. Rodriguez and grandsons Johamed H. Rodriguez II, Alexander B. Rodriguez and great granddaughter Ariel B. Rodriguez.

Also survived by her sister Norma Harfany Garcia and many nieces, nephews and family from Golan Heights.

Sarah's life was full of love hardwork and family. God blessed us with 90 years of her life.

She was preceded in death by her Beloved husband Jesse Rodriguez † and was a devoted sister to Tammy Carrasco †, Feris Harfany †,and Dora Zepeda †.

A mass for Sarah will be held Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at St Luke Catholic Church, 2800 Rockwell Dr, Brownsville, TX 78521.

A memorial service will occur Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a rosary at 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521. Followed by an inurnment will occur Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 2:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
