SFC Aurelio Cisneros Jr.

SFC. Aurelio Cisneros Jr., passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018. He joined the service at the age of 18yrs after basic, he joined The 82nd Airborne Div. He served in the The Korean & Vietnam Conflicts, he was awarded several medals including The Purple Heart Twice. He also served in the 101st Airborne Div. Aurelio was born in Brownsville, TX he is preceded in death by his wife, Harriet and 2nd wife, Mavis; parents, Aurelio Cisneros Sr. and Juana Alvear Cisneros; sibling, Hortencia C. Arellano, sister, Margarita Cisneros (Patricio +) and brother, Santiago Cisneros (Oralia +). Aurelio leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Aurelio Antonio Cisneros, Hortencia Maria Cisneros, Teresa Denise Cisneros; brother Mauro Cisneros Sr. (Carmen); sister, Marta C. Pena (Dario +) and 7 grandchildren and 5-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista. Chapel service will be held at 2pm, Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista with committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be, Mauro Cisneros Jr., Eduardo Cisneros, Alberto Cisneros, John Anthony Estrada, Raul Arellano and Emilio Reyes.
