Valentina S Aguirre

She was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas on May 28, 1934 to Teofilo Saldaña and Gabina Martinez and was a long time resident of Brownsville, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Aguirre; brothers, Concepcion Saldaña and Bonifacio Saldaña.

She is survived by her son, Concepcion Daniel De La Cruz; daughter-in-law, Natividad De La Cruz; grandchildren, Jorge Luis Alonzo, Christina De La Cruz, Daniel De La Cruz III and Joanna De La Cruz; great-granddaughters, Ashley Alisa Alonzo and Adelyn Alonzo; brothers, sisters and sisters –in-law. Camerina Laureano and family, Mauricio Saldaña and family, Donato Saldaña and family, Emilia Barragan and family, Teofilo Saldaña and family, Faustina S. Escamilla and family, Fidel Saldaña and family, Rafael Saldaña and family, Celia Saldana and family, Herminia Saldana and family.

Visitation will be held from 11am to 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm on Friday, May 13, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

A Chapel Service will be held at 11am on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista with a committal service to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
