Zule, or Doña Zule as many knew her loved working outside in her garden, lawn. Making sure her grass and her house were clean and tidy were her practices. She spent endless years devoted to her mom, till her death. she was all that, the words daughter and mom encapsulate. Lovingly she raised her two kids as a single mom, and was always there for them and all her family.
Zulema is survived by her daughter Imelda De La Cruz (Edgar De La Cruz); and her son Ricardo Garza Jr.; her brother Guadalupe Trevino, her brother Osvaldo Trevino, her brother Ezequiel Trevino, her brother Oscar Trevino, her brother Generoso Trevino, her sister-in-law Adela Trevino, her sister-in-law Adelita Trevino, her sister-in-law Antonia Trevino and her sister-in-law Martina Trevino; her granddaughter Marcy Garza, her grandaughter Jaqueline De La Cruz, her granddaughter Alejandra De La Cruz, her grandson Ricardo Garza III, her grandson Juan Garza, her grandson Glenn Garza and her great grandson Ricardo Garza. She is also survived by numerous of nieces and nephews.
Zulema was preceded in death by her father Juan Francisco Trevino† and her mother Eugenia O. Trevino†; her brother Salvador Trevino†; her sister Yolanda T. Moreno†; her sister-in-law Guadalupe Trevino† and her sister-in-law Martha Trevino†.
A visitation for Zulema will be held Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 1:00pm-9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will occur Monday, March 28, 2022 at 2:00pm in Chapel of Angels. Followed by a burial at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers are Edgar De La Cruz, Alberto Guerra, Guadalupe Trevino, Osvaldo Trevino, Ezequiel Trevino, Oscar Trevino and Generoso Trevino.
