Eddie Ontiveros Sr.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Interment will follow at Bryan City Cemetery. All guest attending are ask to wear Aggie maroon.

Eddie was born June 11, 1956 to Timotea and Caroline (Rodriquez) Ontiveros. He was employed by Keystone Millwork. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Oorah!, his rank in the Marines was Lance Corporal. He was a devoted Aggie fan.

Eddie loved listening to tejano music, visiting family, watching the football game and having a good time with his family. His nieces and nephews knew him as "Sweet Uncle Eddie". He especially loved spending time with his granddaughter Mya, who he shared a special bond with. He enjoyed spending time with his dog, Brutis and working in the yard.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Mary Alice Garcia.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Norma; sons and daughter-in-law, Edward Jr. and Maria Ontiveros, Eric Ontiveros and Paul Navarro; daughters, Jennifer Navarro and Jessica Navarro; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim Jr. and Mary Ontiveros, Manuel Sr. and Nora Ontiveros; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sally and Gerardo Reyes Jr., Ruth and Isidro Bermudez; thirteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
