Buck Byer blessed three generations of our family with his jovial, good-hearted spirited. He always had a smile and greeted those around him with warmth and compassion. As a young child I recall stories of Buck visiting the Lenz family on his scooter and taking them for rides in the 40's and 50's around the "Hill" at A&M and South College. At church, he always welcomed us with glee which elevated our love for the congregation as a whole. When in the nursing home, he strived to lift the spirits of those around him, sometimes being just a little bit of a prankster which he enjoyed. We appreciate the Byer family sharing Buck with us all over the years. Our prayers support you all and we'll cherish the memories of Buck as he celebrates eternal life with the Lord Jesus Christ.

My favorite memory of Mr. Byer was when I worked at Magnified Nursing Home and was able in some small way to make his and Mrs. Byers' day a little better. I loved doing it and enjoyed the time I spent with the two of you. So glad that you both now have peace.
