

Known for his multifaceted talents, Paul excelled as both a photographer and a skilled mechanic, leaving an indelible mark through his work in capturing historical moments and ensuring the reliability of aircraft in the military. His passion for craftsmanship extended beyond his military service, as Paul found joy in tinkering in his garage, where he meticulously repaired and built firearms and cars. His expertise in mechanics led him to a successful career with the United States Postal Service, where he continued to apply his skills and dedication until his retirement. Paul was extremely social and never complained, you were always greeted with a smile no matter how bad he felt his legacy goes beyond his professional accomplishments; he was a pillar of support within his community, always ready to lend a helping hand and offer his expertise in repairs to friends and family. His generosity and unwavering commitment to those around him made him a cherished figure in the lives of many. He was a man that never judged people and was an inspiring role model to many.
Paul is survived by his devoted girlfriend, Josephine Phillips, his daughters, Ling Neumeyer and Shaling Higuera, his sister, Beverly Montgomery, brother-in-law, Steve Montgomery, four grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Additionally, he leaves behind a close-knit circle of friends who were like family to him.
In the memories of those who knew him, Paul Neumeyer will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit of service to others.
