Kathi Wattenberger, daughter of Kenneth Wattenberger and Lois Grey, was born in Burbank, and has lived here all her life. She attended Burroughs High School and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Lockheed Federal Credit Union for
26 years.
She married her husband, Scott Canary, in 1993 and is the mother of Holli Robinson, who spent her younger years in Burbank, but now lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Josh, and their three children, daughter Alicia Webb, 14, and sons Tristin, 10, and Austin, 7.
Kathi was also known to rescue and adopt animals, and she was “mommy” to her dogs Caesar, Obi and Magnet.
When Kathi retired from Lockheed, she devoted her time to serving the community of Burbank, which she loved, and to the people in her neighborhood who needed assistance grocery shopping, getting to doctors’ appointments, picking up prescriptions, or just walking through the neighborhood for a little exercise. This kind, caring and amazing woman will indeed be remembered as “the world” not just to one person, but to many.
Arrangements under the direction of Valley Funeral Home, Burbank, CA.
