Nancy LaCotti Beals, 55, a resident of Burbank, CA, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 15, 2017, at her home. She was born on April 3, 1961 in Annapolis, Maryland, to Lawrence LaCotti and Patricia Martin.
Nancy attended Annapolis High School and studied Psychology at Moorpark College.
Nancy had a love for horses. She had been a horse trainer and riding instructor for many years. She enjoyed teaching children and mentoring them in their development of horsemanship.
She is survived by: her husband, Timothy Beals, her daughter, Kayla Beals, “the light of her life”, her mother, Patricia Martin, her father, Lawrence LaCotti, sisters, Linda, Cathy, and brother Larry; and all the horses she called, “the kids”, who brought her so much joy.
A Celebration of Nancy’s Life will be held at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in The Little White House on Sunday, February 5th, 2017 at 12:00 PM.
