I have taught thousands of kids gymnastics, and some you never forget. Niamh was one of those little kids I'll never forget.
      I still remember her on her first day in my class when I mispronounced her name.  I said, "There is no "v" in Niamh. Next thing your going to tell me that Sioban is spelled with a "b".
      She just stared at me for a few seconds then smiled and said, "I know you're joking!"
       She was so sweet and always so friendly, as was her mom.  I ran into her years later at a meet and she remembered me and that first day.
        When I read the news and saw her name I just couldn't believe it.   I still can't believe it.
      My heart goes out to the Rolston family. 
I so very sorry that this happened to such a wonderful person and her family.

In every photo I have of Niamh she always has the brightest smile. I’m sad I didn’t keep in touch and we never got the chance to reconnect, because I would have loved to see the amazing person she grew to be. She was already such a wonderful person in high school, so I’m sure she only became more wonderful. Niamh is such an amazing soul and loved by many. My heart aches at the thought of your loss as a family.

My name is Alexandra Hays, and I had the pleasure of attending Laurel hall with Niamh. I remember trying out for the cheerleading team and Niamh had her try out before mine. I remember being in absolute awe of how talented she was at gymnastics. She was such a sweet girl and did not deserve this. Words cannot express how sad I was to hear of her passing . My heart goes out to her family and I will be praying for you all.  I pray that my mother is able to comfort her in heaven. She will always be with you. I just cannot fathom what has happened, I am so sorry.

Although Niamh and I weren’t super close, she impacted me and everyone she worked with at Aritzia. She was one of my “work buddies,” someone I could always go to amidst our fast-paced job. Whether it was hiding from our managers or just folding things together, we were always laughing. Her presence made my time at Aritzia even better, something I know she brought to many others. My deepest condolences to all her loved ones, and may she rest in peace.
