Ms. Adela Austria Bacani

Adela Bacani, age 89, passed away peacefully at home on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024, surrounded by her sister and loving family members. Born in the Philippines, she immigrated to Canada in the 1970s. Her passions included sewing, cooking and feeding people; but most of all, it was for the Lord. Her daily actions nourished her family and friends in body and spirit. With her heart made for service, her activity in the church community involved multiple ministries. Adela will always be remembered for her kind and generous ways.

Adela is interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Burnaby.
