Ambrose died on January 8, 2015. He was born on December 7, 1926 in the Philippines. Ambrose’s gift of faith and love of family, language and philosophy shaped his entire life. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, he will be greatly missed by his wife, Consuelo, children; Caroline, Connie (David) and Amable (Sharon), grandchildren; Michael, Thomas, Madeleine and Gabrielle. His family is grateful to the staff at the Sub Acute, Ortho Trauma and Palliative care units at VGH. Special thanks to the staff at Holy Family Residential Care. Vigil prayers will be offered on Wednesday, January 21 at 7:00 pm followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, January 22 at 1:30 pm at Corpus Christi Parish, 6350 Nanaimo St. in Vancouver.
Ambrose is soon to be praying with the saints, singing with the angels and dancing with loved ones in the presence of our Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
