Angelo Zepedeo

Surrounded by his family, Angelo Zepedeo was lifted into spirit and entered into glory peacefully November 28, 2025.

Angelo was born to Antonio and Cristina Zepedeo in Sepino, Campobasso, Italy, on March 27, 1939. He married the love of his life, Matilde (née Tammaro), and together they shared a wonderful life for 53 years. Angelo is survived by his son Giuseppe (Joe); his sister Antonietta Fiorvento; sisters-in-law Pierina and Angiolina Zepedeo; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.

A devoted husband and father, Angelo worked proudly for the District of North Vancouver for many years, applying his skills in carpentry and later in the street crews until his retirement. With his naturally likeable and jovial disposition, he formed friendships that lasted for decades. Many of these dear friends continued to visit and share precious moments with him even in recent times.

Angelo is predeceased by his parents; his beloved wife, Matilde; his eldest son, Antonio (Tony); and his brothers Fiorangelo, Luigi, Giovanni, and Vittorio.

Viewing and prayers will be held at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel on Monday, December 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Address: 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, B.C.

A Catholic Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Parish on Tuesday, December 9, at 10:30 a.m., officiated by Rev. Lucio Choi. Address: 2725 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C.

Entombment will follow the Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. at Ocean View Cemetery, South Mausoleum. Address: 400 Imperial Street, Burnaby, B.C.
