Born in Glasgow, Scotland, ‘Anna’ aged 96 years passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 16, 2025 at Fellburn Care Center in Burnaby, BC. She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of almost 60 years, Rino, and her four daughters: Lesley, Juliana, Gina (Bryn) and Gabriela (Mark).
Anna was a loving and doting Nonna and will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren: Karla, Darrin, Kristopher, Andrew, Connor, Isabella, Katherine, Olivia, Sean, Rhys, Alexander and Graham: and her great grandchildren: Nicolas, Alexandria, Travis, Nathaniel, Peyton and Audrey.
Anna had a wonderful long life and in addition to her family, she was blessed with many dear friends, whom she truly cherished.
A Memorial mass will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 11:00 am, at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Avenue in Burnaby, BC. Refreshments will be served following the service at Burnaby Mountain Golf Course, 7600 Halifax Street in Burnaby.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to The Salvation Army or the Canadian Cancer Association, as these charities were very close to Mum’s heart.
