Mrs. Carmelita Valentina Gavieres Samson

Carmelita Valentina Gavieres Samson passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 18, 2024.

She is survived by her husband, Emmanuel “Mandy” Samson II, son, Emmanuel “Skipper” Samson V, daughter Irene Jill Conte, son in-law Nikolas Conte and her grandson Ethan Kristopher Kabush. She also leaves behind her beloved siblings, Dr. Vicente “Nonoy” Gavieres, Lourdes ”Baby” Gavieres Sarmiento & Lorry Gavieres Russell.

A Viewing will be held on Monday, July 29th from 7-10pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Burnaby.

There will be a Prayer Service by Rev. Amador Abundo at 7pm followed by words from the family. A light reception will accompany the viewing.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 30th at 10am at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Delta.
