It is with deep sadness that the family of Delores Marie Bond (Kopp) announces her passing on September 19, 2016 at the age of 75 years. She was predeceased by her parents Ben and Gertie and her sister Linda. She is survived by her loving husband Jim, sons Jimmy, Gary (Lisa), Mark (Melanie), Craig (Ana), grandchildren Robbie, Marie, Michael, Danielle, Samantha, Ava, brother Ray, brother-in-law Ray Smith, and many relatives and friends. Delores' family was her life. She will always be remembered for her strong faith, dedication to her family and loyalty to her friends. She was known for her cooking, entertaining and love of travelling. Delores possessed inspirational qualities that all admired. Prayers will be offered Tuesday, September 27 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Helen's Catholic Church 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby, BC where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 28 at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at the Garden Mausoleum, Forest Lawn Cemetery, Burnaby, BC.
