It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Ann Phillips. Dorothy was born in Vancouver, BC on February 4th, 1941. She was preceded by her husband George Frederick Sutton February 24, 1983 and second husband Larry Phillips April 16th, 2006; Parents Leonard Waldy Cuthbert December 6, 1987 and Grace Dorothy Cuthbert July 10, 2008.
Survived by her sisters Margaret (John) and Trish and her brother Len (Donna); children Rick, Karen, Kim (Robert), Kathy (Dean) & Kristene, Stepchildren Ken, Gord, Terry, Ron and their families. A private family service is planned.
Family and friends are welcome at the Celebration of Life Service will be celebrated Tuesday, February 4th, 2020 at 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm in the Richmond Country Club, 9100 Steveston Highway, Richmond, BC.
