Born on June 15th, 1940, in Hai Phong Vietnam, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He is known in his community as a fashion enthusiast and trendsetter. To his family and friends, he will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and love for storytelling.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Bà Luong; his three children, Tam (Phuong), Michael (Trang) and Tanya (Duncan); and 8 grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his wisdom, infectious positivity, ultra glamorous outfits, and unwavering love for his family.
