Toronto was her first stop in Canada, where she met the love of her life, Mike. In 1981, Elizabeth and Mike moved to Vancouver and in 1982, their son, Gregory, was born.
After raising Gregory to school age, Elizabeth decided to continue her education. She became a Certified Polish Interpreter, and then a Real Estate Agent. Her work brought her in touch with many people of Polish heritage. She was a founding member and president of the Polish Fishing and Hunting Club - “Hubertus”.
Her love of theatre placed her on the stage with the Polish Theatre Vancouver. She was involved with and helped many individuals and organizations in the Polish Community.
