Elsie passed away on July 3, 2019 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by her son, Jody. She is survived by her loving husband Jerry; children Wendy (Ray), Mike, Tim (Cheryl), Sue (Frank) and daughter-in-law Sherry; grandchildren Ryan, Bradley, Jesse, Lindsay, Damon, Matthew, Trevor, Christina and Michael; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Brookside Lodge for their care and compassion during the last months of Mom’s life. At Elsie’s request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society Canada. Elsie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and is already missed – she will be forever in our hearts.
