Dear Uncle Phillip, Andrew, Audrey and all family members,

Our hearts ache with yours as we mourn the loss of Aunt Esther, a soul whose warmth and joy touched everyone she met. Her cheerful laughter, kindness, and ability to brighten moments made her truly one of a kind.

We will always cherish fond memories of her pleasant and cheerful personality.

We take comfort knowing her spirit lives on for nothing will separate us from the love of God (Romans 8:37-39)

May her memory forever be a source of comfort and celebration.

Esther, her sisters Vui Tshin & Vui Lin,  were my neighbours in Kg Ayer, K.K.,  from when I was around 5 years old, that's 70 years ago. Her sister Annie Vui Oi was my classmate & I know all her siblings.
Then she was my colleague at Bank of Montreal, where I worked for 46 years!
You are in a better place, no more pain, RIP in the arms of the Lord.  My condolences to Philip & your family.

I miss you and love you very much. I remember so much laughter, giggles and silly conversations till we had tears in our eyes when we were either in KK or Vancouver. 

But we know God loves you more and has set you free from pain to be with Him.

Words & sentiments cannot sufficiently express our thanks & gratitude to you for your very kind & caring heart and many acts of love to:-

 * All of your 7 siblings during our younger days in Kota Kinabalu when you exercised your gift of leadership in guiding and advising us as we grew up. 

* Your contribution to raising your family members on strong and proper family values and spiritual footing.

* All your office colleagues in Kota Kinabalu Town Board in the early years and more latterly at the Bank of Montreal, Vancouver through your guidance and help to those who needed help and advice.

* All your relatives, close friends and fellow church members in maintaining strong and lasting relationship.

You have given a life of serving and helping others as a cheerful and non-complaining person - hallmark of a true witness of God. 

Truly a wonderful person, an irreplaceable loss.

Rest in perfect peace now in eternal glory of Heaven as you can claim :-

"I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. Now the Crown of Righteousness awaits me"  2 Timothy Ch 4 Verses 7 & 8.

Esther - I will miss the fun times that we shared as well as all of our telephone conversations that we had.  Things will not be the same without you.  God called you to be with him to free you from any pain and suffering and we know that you’re in a better place in God’s Kingdom.

May you Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory. You are missed.
