Lloyd was a lovely person. I had the pleasure of knowing him when he attended the day program. Always smiling and always a kind word. He loved his music and singing. He loved his wife dearly and his family. The world has lost a wonderful caring person. My sympathies to all of you. 

Over 100 years of content to draw from here! Many of us called him Grandpa, Dad, Lloyd, Uncle Lloyd, ..... and Mr. Broughton, but was never to be called late for dinner. A man that felt it was better to buy 6 slightly edible tomatoes for $1 rather than 3 good tomatoes for $2. 
I thought he would be here forever. He wasn't perfect, but was perfect to us. Nana & Grandpa were always there in every stage of our lives and I'll miss the times at the old house on Ridgeway. There are so many stories to tell and will no doubt share them with family, friends, and others as I've done thousands of times in the past. 
 I have so many great memories of Grandpa and will miss him for the rest of my life. 
Everyone should be as lucky as we have to have had someone like Grandpa in our lives. I love you GPA! JCB
