Joan passed away on September 12, 2011 at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her loving husband Lancer, children Daniel and Theresa (Dave), grandchildren Debra-Ann and Nicole Beverly, great-grandchildren Isabel, brothers Bob and Ken, sister Carol, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. A celebration of Joan's life will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel 4276 Hastings St. Burnaby, BC.
