Joseph Bruce Almanzar

Joe was born on February 16, 1979, and was raised by his late mother Dorrothy Ratzlaff. He spent a lot of his younger days in Saturna Island with his beloved late grandmother and grandfather.

Growing up he strived to be successful in everything he did. He will be forever loved and missed by his surviving wifey, Marissa Jotie of 14 years and his 3 daughters, KaiLa 12, Leilani 5 and Mercedes 2.
