

Ken was born in Canton, China and immigrated in 1950 to forge a life in Canada and adapt to a new country. He worked for many years at Weldwood of Canada and participated in their many company’s family functions, such as yearly Christmas parties at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and annual picnics. After he retired, he enjoyed gardening, fishing and going on many road trips with the family. He had a love for classical music and playing the harmonica. He enjoyed carpentry, built numerous projects and had a knack for fixing anything. One of his favorite past times was playing Mah Jong with his friends and was always up for a rousing game or two.
Ken was predeceased by this wife, Helen. He is survived by his children, Victor (Lilly), Viennese (Randy), Vienna (York), and Van. He leaves behind seven grandchildren Michael, Kristina, Jonathan, Thomas, Shannon, Kyle & Kelsey and two great grandsons Kyler and Charlie.
There will be a small family graveside service on April 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby, British Columbia.
