It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Maria DiTomaso at the age of 91 years. She is predeceased by her husband Francesco, parents, and one sister. She is survived by her loving family, children; Nick (Nicki), John (Lucy), Lucio, Anna (Luciano), M. Rosaria (Tony), and Davide, thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one Sister in Italy, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. A visitation will be held at 6:30-8:00p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel at 4276 Hastings Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 4, 2014 at 10:00a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, BC. Entombment will follow at the Ocean View Burial Park Abbey Mausonleum. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi School.
