She immigrated to Vancouver in 1961 as a widow with 2 young children. She spoke no English & had very limited funds.
With a backbone of steel & hard work she forged a good life for herself & her children and she loved Canada for the wonderful opportunities we were given.
She was predeceased by husband Giovanni, son Carlo & her 4 brothers & sisters.
She is survived by daughter Paola & son-in-law Angelo Vignone & many nieces & nephews in Canada, Australia & Italy.
