It is with heavy hearts to announce the sudden passing of Norma Chiang Lui. Norma was a loving mother, sister, aunt and a friend. Born in Lima Peru, and then immigrated to Vancouver, BC, Norma’s life was enriched with love and happiness from her family and many friends. She was an avid learner, a preacher of positivity, and a devoted Catholic. She has taught us how to be positive, selfless, loving, and courageous. Norma is left by her daughter (Katherine), sisters (Nancy & Gladys), brother (Roman), and many nieces and nephews.. She is also survived by her mother (Seen Fong Chiang).
