Panagiotis was born on November 16, 1935, in Pigi, Messinia, Greece. In 1959, he immigrated to Canada, where he worked hard to build a new life. It was there that he met his wife of 54 years, Panagiota, and together they raised their family. An entrepreneur in the food industry, he was admired for his dedication to his faith and strong work ethic.
He is survived by his wife Panagiota, his sons George (Naseem) and Leo (Joanne) and his three grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, and extended family.
He is predeceased by his sisters Sofia and Efstathia and his brothers Elias, Stelios, Petro and Pavlo.
Known by those who loved him as a fun-loving, kind, and generous soul, Panagiotis was happiest when surrounded by his family and closest friends. His laughter and caring nature touched the lives of many.
He will be deeply missed.
May his memory be eternal.
